Tagging enables you to identify your contacts in a consistent and filterable way
Sometimes you may need to identify a group of contacts in your list in a way that isn’t related to their division or scope of work. For example, maybe you want to identify which contacts are willing to perform night work or which contacts have region constraints and are only able to work with one of your regional branches. With this in mind, we’ve added another tool to the Swiftender tool belt: the tagging feature.
Tagging enables you to identify your contacts in a consistent and filterable way. Creating and adding a tag to a contact is as simple as creating and adding divisions of work to a contact. All you need to do is visit the tags page via the sidebar menu and create your tag. Then you can either apply the tag to your contacts in bulk or add them to contacts one by one as you see fit.
